Sage is an exciting and innovative restaurant focusing on cutting edge cuisine in an intimate dining room. The food has been described as ‘whimsical pieces of art’ and is as much a feast for the eyes as it is for the palate. The centrepiece of Sage dining is the seven course degustation, with offerings such as Seared Scallops with chestnut cream, chorizo, celery tips & px molasses and the Caramelized Riverina Lamb Rump with grilled baby eggplant, zucchini puree & pepperonata. Finishing with a cheese course or the heavenly Chocolate Trilogy, the Sage degustation is an experience to remember.

The cosy dining room is complimented by the private outdoor courtyard that feels personal, relaxed and intimate. A stunning new open air garden room, recycled timber outdoor deck and beautifully refurbished main dining room make Sage the perfect venue for your intimate special occasion right through to a function for up to 200 people.

The Garden Room is a more intimate space, separated from the main dining room and overlooking the charming courtyard and gardens of Gorman House. This is the ideal space for business meetings or private celebrations.

The Main Dining Room is a stunning setting to host your next corporate function or private event, with the space providing a cosy yet sophisticated atmosphere.

The Courtyard is the ideal space for your event where you want to enjoy an open space and escape the hustle and bustle of the city, in the city! An amazing Chinese Ash Tree is lit up by sparkling fairy lights and surrounded by the tranquil gardens of Gorman House with the option for a marquee event too.
