Mint Garden Bar is the newest addition to Sage Dining Rooms. Nestled in the complex of Gorman House arts Centre, Mint Garden Bar offers Australian boutique tap beers, an extensive spirit and cocktail range as well as a long-winded southern NSW and ACT wine list.
The bar serves canapés, nibbles and hosts special food and drink events throughout the year. You can tuck into baby calamari with lemon and fresh herbs or try the mini hotdogs with house-made relish and mini Wagyu beef burgers.
