Chifley’s Bar & Grill at Hotel Kurrajong will be hosting two five-course Truffle Dinners (with matching wine) on Thursday 9 July with Sherry McArdle-English from French Black Truffles and July 23rd with Wayne Haslam from Blue Frog Truffles. ($135)

On Saturday the 11th of July Boathouse by the Lake is hosting a Truffle Dinner of 5 courses matched with wine, and throughout the entire season will be offering the option to add truffle shavings to any dish on the menu. ($160)

The Conservatory at the National Arboretum is highlighting truffles throughout the season and will have a special breakfast dish and celebration lunch available everyday during July. What could be better than watching the sun-rise through the fog on our city and enjoying a breakfast of Greendale Farm scrambled eggs topped with shavings of French Black truffle.

Benchmark Wine Bar, hosting a Truffle Degustations each Tuesday during the season featuring a different menu each week with delicious and creative truffle infused dishes, and divine wine of course. ($115 with wine, $89 without)

Hyatt Hotel Canberra is hosting a Verve Cliquot Truffle Dinner on Thursday 9 July, featuring a six-course meal perfectly matched with Verve Cliquot champagnes. You’ll experience the Canberra and Region Truffle Festival at one of our finest international 5 star hotels located in Yarraluma – even if you are just visiting for dinner. ($195)
