Dress down and enjoy a great afternoon of racing, food and wine at the annual Race’n’Taste.
On Sunday 27th, visit Thoroughbred Park and browse over 40 stalls stalls showcasing the best of food and wine from Canberra and the surrounding regions.
Local racing kicks off at 12pm, with bookies and tote facilities available on the day.
Leave your frock at home, with thongs, shorts and t-shirts the acceptable attire for the day. Take part in the unique Fashions on the Field event, where you must incorporate the Australian icon, The Thong, into your outfit.
Book a table in the members-only Black Opal Room or enjoy superb bar facilities in the Winning Post Bar, open to the public on non-feature race days.
You can also purchase a members’ day ticket for $15 and enjoy a carvery luncheon for $30 in the Black Opal Room, with table bookings only $25.
