For the sixth sensational year, The Night Noodle Markets are returning to Reconciliation Place, this time for a teeny while longer for us to get our Asian street food fix. In 2020 the food markets will run over 11 sizzling nights, from 28 February until 9 March.
Australia’s best hawker-style stalls will be visiting, alongside some local flavours such as Korbq, Donburi Station and Superbao. Foodies can taste their way through Asia and feast on some new creations and flavours they may not have experienced before from signature stalls like Hoy Pinoy, Gelato Messina, May’s Malaysian Hawker, Wonderbao, Bangkok Street Food, Twistto, Flying Noodles, Teppanyaki Noodles, Shallot Thai, Satay Brothers, Chinese Dim Sum King, Mochi Donuts, Waffleland, The Pham Sisters, Raijin, Poklol x Puffle, Chur Burger, Wok Master and Bao Brothers.
Alongside the super fun and tasty stores, guests can enjoy live music, DJs, and lion dancing. This year, The Night Noodle Markets teamed up with wine partner Jacobs Creek.
“We’re thrilled to be partnering with this year’s Canberra Night Noodle Markets. Aussies love to catch up over good food and great wine, which is reflective of our life-loving Australian spirit,” Jacob’s Creek Chief Winemaker, Dan Swincer said. “The Jacob’s Creek Barossa Signature range embodies the region’s best varieties. Sourced from both the Barossa and Eden Valleys, each wine from the Barossa Signature range delivers refined flavours and structure that celebrate the classic varietal expressions from the Barossa.”
This year’s exciting stallholder menus will be revealed in February.
