The countdown is on for The Night Noodle Markets at Reconciliation Place. Over 11 sizzling nights, 28 February until 9 March, Australia’s best hawker-style stalls will be visiting, alongside some local flavours. As the Noodle Markets get closer we’re starting to plan our epic nights of food. As someone who always thinks about dessert before mains, Demochi Donut’s caught our attention.
The super cute and playful brand have made a name for themselves for uniquely substituting traditional glutinous rice flour into a donut recipe. The delicious creation of mochi and donut has resulted in a signature lite crisp with the perfect pillowy chew.
Alongside the super fun and tasty stores, guests can enjoy live music, DJs, and lion dancing. This year, The Night Noodle Markets teamed up with wine partner Jacobs Creek.
