Sage Dining Rooms and ALTO Olives together with Lark Hill Wines invites you to celebrate the launch of the 2015 New Season Extra Virgin Olive Oils with a beautiful feast for the senses.
Damian Brabender will be cooking a unique menu based around local, seasonal produce, which will be prepared and served with each of ALTO’s freshly pressed new season oils.
Westerly Isbain from ALTO Olives – recently awarded the two ‘Best in Class’ trophies at the prestigious New York International Olive Competition – will conduct an extra virgin olive oil tasting, and guide you through the delicious world of the mysterious and wonderful food source, the olive.
Chris Carpenter from premiere Canberra winery Lark Hill, established in 1978, will be matching his exquisite biodynamic, cool climate wines to Damian’s menu.
