Thredbo, Australia’s premier ski resort, is excited to welcome back the One Hit Wonder Mountain Festival, where the world’s best free skiers will compete on Australia’s biggest jump!
The Toyota Big Air spectacle will see the world’s best big air riders tackle a 100ft jump in the hopes of taking home the crown. Last year’s champion Elias Ambühl of Switzerland will defend his title against Australian Olympian Russ Henshaw, who had back-to-back wins at the event in 2012 and 2013.
The fun continues off the slopes, with Melbourne indie-pop band, Alpine, hitting the stage in Thredbo Village Square for a free concert on Saturday night thanks to Corona Extra.
To celebrate the festival which runs from 8th-12th September, Thredbo and One Hit Wonder are giving fans the chance to win a trip to Thredbo and a GoPro HERO4 Silver camera (plus mounts and accessories).
All the action during the event is free for visitors, with plenty on offer for all abilities and ages to enjoy.
