The Mantra on Northbourne has brought to Canberra a tribute to home-style cooking in its restaurant Stock Kitchen & Bar. From traditional Italian flavours in the Fior Di Latte, to the perfect steak dinner in the rib eye cutlet, and the ultimate winter warmer, spicy apple crumble.

The venue includes a myriad of textures from sheer curtains, to exposed brick and timber finishes. Combine this with the dimmed lights, flicker of candlelight and the easy-listening playlist humming in the background and you have the perfect setting for an after-work dinner, a relaxed dining experience with family and friends or a corporate meeting spot.

The large wooden door out in the hotel foyer signals that you have arrived. Presented with an easy to navigate menu you’re able to peruse a number of selections including seafood, vegetarian and a range of items from the grill.

With the Canberra cold looming outside, Stock Kitchen & Bar have also set up a Vittoria coffee cart out the front to pour you a cup to go on your way home.

Parking is a little tricky around Northbourne Avenue but rest assured Mantra offer complimentary parking to all diners at Stock Kitchen & Bar. *Subject to availability.
