In celebration of Canberra’s good food month, Peppers Gallery Hotel are hosting the Great Canberra Wine Dinner in Bicicletta Restaurant.
The menu will feature great Canberra wines, highlighting the region’s very best labels. Join award- winning wine critic, Nick Stock, and Canberra’s very own Bryan Martin (acclaimed local winemaker, author and food critic for the Canberra Times) as they showcase wines from eight of the region’s best winemakers matched to a 4 course menu expertly prepared by Executive Chef Rajib Ahmed.
