The Scholar
The Scholar (Dickson) by far have the best dumplings in Canberra. Fresh and high quality dishes, matched with good service which is often the down fall of other Chinese restaurants. I am apprehensive to tell those who don’t already know about ‘The Scholar’ that their dumplings trump all other dumplings in Canberra, as it can already get busy.
