Love of a Laminex Table is a gorgeous new recipe book written by the owner of Benedict House, Kate Shelton, and you have the chance to win one of two copies!
The book follows Kate’s food journey, born into a large family on an isolated working property in NSW – largely self-sufficient in meat, dairy and vegetable production in the 1960s.
Influences come from Jewish cooking in London, simple fare on a Greek Island, Italian neighbours, and foodie time with African and Asian friends.
