This is why we have come up with Canberra’s newest fitness revolution specialising in bringing people together to motivate each other and create a fitter and healthier lifestyle.

So, welcome to CBR Fit – a bold new program in community health and fitness. A flexible and fun way to exercise, we’re working with some of Canberra’s very best trainers to provide plenty of options to get you up and moving for an easy 12-week period.

Is bootcamp your thing? Come on over! Perhaps you’d prefer to give trampolining a twirl? Across a broad range of styles and times, we’ve got something for everyone within CBR Fit.

There are also three tiers of intensity, so you don’t need to lock in for any more than you feel you can handle. Perfect! Plus, there are free Saturday morning sessions where you can meet other Canberrans who have also signed up. It’s a great place to meet, encourage and support others who are doing exactly the same as you!
