‘For the Love of Gin’ at First Edition Restaurant & Bar
In celebration of all things love and gin, First Edition Restaurant and Bar are hosting an unmissable evening event where gin lovers can experience more than just the taste. Event attendees will get to see first-hand how gin is made as explained by Tim Reardon from Canberra Distillery, as well as experience the luscious Garnish Garden and feast on a 3-course ‘ginspired’ dinner. Each dining experience will be paired with 4 matching gin cocktails made with First Edition’s Signature Gin.
As an added bonus, all guests will do in the draw to win a full-size bottle of First Edition Signature Gin Volume 1, drawn on the night.

Gin Palooza at Pialligo Estate
Located at the picturesque Pialligo Estate is a day out to remember with food and drinks aplenty. On this one-day event presented by the Australian Gin Distillers Association Inc., there will be mouth-watering Pialligo Smokehouse foods as well as 150 gin tastings and Artisan Drinks Tonic waters to pair them with. Be sure to try as many gin tastings as you can to get your tickets worth as they are included in the ticket price. Food offerings will also be at the exclusive event as prepared by Pialligo chefs and the Artisan crew will be there to assist you in your all-important G&T pairings.
