Canberra’s very own regional produce store is moving. The Kitchen Cabinet Café is now located right at the front entrance to Old Parliament House.
The popular shop and café is not only a great place for a quick lunch or coffee. It’s also Canberra’s most perfect place for a relaxed afternoon tea or drinks on the front terrace with its stunning view – and it’s open all day, every day.
The Kitchen Cabinet shop is a Canberra treasure. You’ll find fresh seasonal foods direct from local growers – including free range pork, biodynamic lamb and beef, dairy products from the highlands and fruit from local orchards, not to mention the very best berries and cherries and Araluen peaches and nectarines, the region’s summer specialities.
All year round the shelves are stocked with regional products from pickles to beers, from fine wines to gorgeous chocolate. Shop for unique souvenirs and Christmas gifts, pick up the makings of a delicious dinner, or be tempted by delicious fresh-baked goods.
Join the members of the Kitchen Cabinet for free and get the inside info on Canberra’s food region, and enjoy members’ privileges including priority booking at their popular events. Sign up online or in store at the Kitchen Cabinet.
