Taste It Festival 2012 is more than half-way through and this week is packed with amazing dining Taste It experiences.
From Friday 2nd to Sunday 4th November, it is that time of the year for beers, bratwursts and fun! Oktoberfest is geared up to be a big one, spread out over three days.
Being held at Budawang Building at EPIC, tickets vary in price. Tickets cost $15 for Friday night, $20 for Saturday and $10 for Sunday.
Enjoy live music and dancing, smoked pork knuckles with Sauerkraut and roll, Bratwurst sausages, ‘pig on a spit’, Dutch pofferties, freshly baked pretzels, Lowenbrau German beer on tap, Jagermeister and lots more.

On Sunday 4th November at 2pm, enjoy a lazy relaxing Sunday afternoon in sun at Mecca Bah. Take part in their Taste It Five-Course Canapé and Wine Matching.
Try their mouth-watering chickpea battered mussels with almond skordalia and sweet potato falafels with tahini sauce, accompanied with Catching Thieves Semillon Sauvignon Blanc. You can also savour crispy skin duck pizza with saffon hollandaise and glazed orange, Harissa spiced tomato and eggplant pizza with rocket and tahini sauce, accompanied with Breathing Space Cabernet Merlot.
There will be live music performed by Chicago Charles on the patio and buckets of beer on ice will also be on offer on the day. You can choose to sit in the sun or inside in the shade, the choice is yours.
If you buy a ticket before Friday 2nd November you will receive a complimentary glass of champagne on arrival. The cost of a ticket is $65 per person.

Spice up your Saturday night on 10th November and celebrate Taste It Festival at Trinity Bar with their Classic or Twisted night.
It is a night of cocktails – with a twist. You will be presented with a five-course journey through some of the great classics of mixing history. With each drinks, you will have the chpice to choose the option of the tried and true formula or Trinity’s own take on the drink.
The menu for the night:
Negroni – twisted with Mezcal
Mojito – twisted with ginger ale and passion fruit
Margarita – twisted with coriander, orange and cucumber
Whiskey Smash – twisted with gun
Martini – twisted with chocolate
The cost is $40 per ticket and the night kicks off at 5pm.
