Celebrate the launch of Silurian sparkling wine at Mount Majura Vineyard on Saturday 8th June.

Enjoy the newly released sparkling wine matched with freshly shucked oysters. Ben Ralston, a fifth generation oyster farmer from the Clyde River will be there from 12.30 to 3.30pm freshly shucking oysters right in front of you.

Oysters and sparkling wine are a perfect match and the high quality of both the Ralston Bros. Oysters and our Silurian sparkling make this pairing even more special. Oysters are currently in season and you will not get better quality or fresher. No bookings required. Oyster’s 12:30-3:30 subject to availability, $3each.
