One metric tonne of LEGO is going on sale in Canberra for a good cause.
The Green Shed on Mugga Lane is holding a massive charity LEGO sale on Saturday 20 January, with all money raised donated to the Canberra Hospital Foundation.
The event is already generating huge interest, with organisers forced to put potential restrictions in place to ensure all customers have a chance at scoring the pieces they want.
“TGS hates the thought of having to implement any conditions or restrictions but sadly some people just ruin it for everyone,” a statement on their Facebook page reads.
“TGS will have security on hand for the day and anyone deemed to be not playing for the rules will be asked to leave and that means no LEGO for you. So please play nice.”
The LEGO sale starts at 6pm.
