From Friday 19 Feb to the Sunday 21 Feb the expo comes to the capital featuring celebrity chef cooking demonstrations, culinary presentations and numerous exhibitors showcasing gourmet food and wine.

Enjoy free cooking demonstrations from the Celebrity Cooking Stage hosted by Masterchef and My Kitchen Rules celebrities including Jessie Spilby and Georgia Barnes, as well as Logie nominee and Channel 10 TV host, Ben Milbourne. This main stage event has all the latest cooking ideas and recipes designed for you to try at home, so bring your notepad!
In the Dining Room, Goelet Wine Estate and host Ben Milbourne will take you on a culinary journey through a five-course degustation with matching wines. For just $85.00 per person this is the perfect opportunity to get up and close with Ben and learn all the tricks of the trade.
To make sure everyone gets the chance to try the finer things on offer, an Appreciation Area will also be dedicated to samples and tastings within the Convention Centre. The Expo invites all to indulge in their free wine, cheese, beer and liquor classes.
