From the Teacher’s pet podcast to Netflix’s Ted Bundy, murder mystery has a way of exciting the general public, whether its fiction or about real-life events. For the crime obsessed, this genre is literally coming to life in a virtual murder mystery event ‘CluedUpp.’
Dubbed as a cross between Pokemon-Go and the popular board game Cluedo, players will need to hunt all over town locating virtual witnesses, solving clues and eliminate suspects as they go.
CluedUpp has so far facilitated 50,000 detectives worldwide on their award-winning phone app, with the outdoor detective experience coming to the streets of Canberra, Saturday 14 December.
“We’ve held events in the UK, Europe and America several times before and always have a fantastic turnout. We can’t wait to see if our Canberra detectives are up to the challenge of solving our hardest case yet,” CluedUpp’s founder, Tref Griffiths said
Tickets for the event are on sale now and it is expected that only 100 team places will be initially released, each place costing just $68 per team of 6 adults, little detectives and dogs play for free!
