If you think back over the last 12 months, Canberra has gone through a dining explosion. While plenty of people are forecasting tough times in the Canberra market, we’re absolutely thrilled at the number of Canberrans who are turning this city into a true feast for the senses.
In recognition of this variety and quality, OutInCanberra is proud to present to you GourMay – a month-long celebration of delicious food from all over town. Each day, we will be revealing a new dish that defines a restaurant – the kind of dish that has you telling your friends all about it and grabbing a crew so you can go and do it again.
More than just showcasing menu highlights, keep an eye out for special events that show how fun Canberra dining can be. We’re working with partners to bring you evenings that bring experiences beyond just your normal wine dinner. Throughout May we’ll present Mystery Dinners, a special Date Night, and a fun day with more desserts than you can poke a chocolate covered fork at.

Over the month we will be meeting some of the best chefs in Canberra to discover their tricks and techniques that make dining at their restaurants such a thrill.
