Join Siren Bar & Restaurant on Wednesday 20 August 2014 from 6:30pm for a Wine Dinner featuring drops from Willboughby Park Western Australia.

There will be a range of canapés followed by a three course meal with matching Willboughby Park wines.

The evening will be hosted by the wine maker from Willoughby Park with lucky door prizes and special prices for wine orders made on the night.

Andries Mostert says he loves being a hands on winemaker – “there are few jobs where you can get so dirty on a daily basis!”. After completing his studies in Adelaide, Andries has worked for some of Australia’s finest – Moss Wood, Brokenwood, Smith and Shaw, Picardy and Plantagenet Wines. Andries’ philosophy is a common creed at Willoughby! ” I consider what happens in the vineyard to be by far the most important step of the winemaking process and the single controlling factor in whether one can make great wine or not, is whether you have a great site. This is why I am so excited about being at Willoughby Park, having such sources of fruit from our select few growers and our own Kalgan River Vineyard. I love winemaking because it is a rare combination of art and science and I enjoy being connected to the earth and seasons.”

Tickets are $95.00 per person. Book here now as spots are strictly limited!
