On Saturday 26 July, Oakley will take the annual Shred Shop Challenge to Thredbo!
In its third year the Oakley Shred Shop Challenge is designed to support core snow retailers with a fun, yet competitive snowboarding event to pay homage to these stores and give them a moment in the spotlight. 12 key retailers from NSW, VIC and NZ will battle it out in an authentic winner takes all skills event for a cash prize and year-long bragging rights, of course.
Joining the event will be key members of the Oakley Australia Snow Team including Olympic Snowboarder, Scotty James as well as Pro-Snowboarders Ryan Tiene and Jake Koia, who will be in attendance spurring on the contestants and judging the competition alongside Transfer Magazine Editor, Alex Horvath.
The Official After-Party will be held at the Banjo Patterson Inn, Jindabyne. Guests will be treated to a special live performance by legendary DJ/Producer P-Money from New Zealand. The after-party is open to the public with no cover charge and drinks will be flowing from 9pm so make sure you get on down.
