Lukas Moodysson (Lilya 4-Ever, Show Me Love, Together) returns with a boisterous, feel-good film, WE ARE THE BEST, which is about three 13-year old girls in early-’80s Stockholm who are determined to form a punk band despite a notable absence of musical talent.
