CBR Fit ambassadors Jenna Duoros, Mick Spencer (On-the-Go Sports) and Jenny Tiffen (blogger and health advocate) will join some of Canberra’s best trainers from 8.30am to guide you through a number of fun and easy workouts to help you discover what suits you best.
Based around the social nature of exercise, CBR Fit is designed from the ground up to highlight the strong sense of community that Canberra possesses. Through mutual support and a sense of fun, CBR Fit brings you into an exciting environment designed to help us all make positive health choices, and share your successes with friends and other participants.
This is a simple platform for ordinary Canberrans. The CBR Fit team is here to gently guide you through an hour’s routine to demonstrate that exercise can be a hobby – not a burden. After the session, join in with a half-priced coffee at Walt & Burley to reward yourself for all your efforts and meet others who also started their Canberra Day the right way!
