Bella Bar
The Cold Spiced Rum Flip is to die for. With El Dorado spiced Rum, Demerara sugar, an egg, cream and shaved nutmeg, this is Jared Thibaults best spin on eggnog.
-Peter Thomas
Lighthouse Bar
The best winter cocktail that warmed me right up was from Lighthouse Bar in Belconnen. It was called a Moscow Mule and had SKYY Vodka, their own lime mix, ginger beer and mint. Yummo!
-Rachel Anderson
Tongue & Groove
MMMMM my favourite cocktail would have to be from Tounge & Groove. Although its abit summery I still get it on those cold nights in Canberra only to remind me of what Summer feels like! The Sour Apple Martini never fails to disapoint me.
-Nicole Finocchiaro
Sub-Urban
Honeysuckle cocktail at Sub-Urban.. With a delicious vanilla sugar rim and the sweet taste of honey and lemon belvedere vodka and a bit of passionfruit.. Amazing!
-Emma Gillies
Soju Girl
Soju Girl makes a dirty Vodka Martini! Warms me from head to toe, the best!
-Natalie Pul
Knightsbridge
The Mint Julep is lip-smacking! Refreshing and minty fresh.
