On 7 October, from 10am, Canberra Style Market is kicking off its first day of trade at the Old Bus Depot Building in Kingston. It’s a first-of-its-kind market event, featuring an exciting showcase of local style, beauty, fashion and wellbeing products, and services.
Founded by local mum, Lynette Thompson, Canberra Style Market aims to provide a high-end fashion experience, as well as promote a positive and healthy body, mind and spirit.
On offer will be wares from local designers and fashion boutiques, as well as stalls featuring health, fitness and wellbeing products and services, pre-loved fashion, walk-in beauty services, a style and wellness workshop, giveaways, pop-up champagne bar, live music and interactive experiences throughout the day.
With the aim of hosting regular markets in the future, the launch of this event has taken months in the making and is an exciting platform for local businesses and the creative community to continue to grow and collaborate.
