Palace Electric Cinema will open early 2013!
Originally due to open in NewActon on Boxing Day this year, the team at Palace Electric see the irony in a lack of permanent electricity connection causing this short delay!
Located on the ground floor of the Nishi building in New Acton, Palace Electric promises discerning film-goers a state-of-the-art, sophisticated cinema experience like no other in Canberra.
Palace Electric will showcase the finest arthouse, foreign language, independent and quality new release films. Featuring eight licensed theatres all with luxurious amphitheatre seating and the latest in digital projection and sound technology combine for an amazing cinematic experience.
You can enjoy a glass of premium Brown Brother’s Prosecco at the stunning Prosecco Bar or perhaps a fresh Lavazza coffee paired with delicious tastes of Italian inspired antipasto. You will also find the usual favourites but with an elegant twist, including award-winning olive-oil popcorn and gourmet handmade choc-tops.
Electric Monday’s will provide customers with discounted $10 tickets for adults and $9 for Movie Club members. Most excitingly, Palace Electric will bring to Canberra a rich and diverse calendar of foreign film festivals and special screenings throughout 2013 starting with the best of the Lavazza Italian Film Festival in February commencing February 5, 2013.
