Indulge in La Scala’s GourMay experience – a five course degustation dinner.
Enjoy soft white polenta with a selection of sautéed mushrooms with freshly shaved parmesan cheese, parsley and lemon zest.
Zucchini flowers filled with a salmon, mascarpone and cream mousse, accompanied with a watercress, handpicked crab meat salad.
Braised pork belly in citrus and apple juice on beetroot puree, with a radicchio and apple salad.
Pepper crusted King Island grass-fed eye fillet served rare with caponata, garlic potato puree, red wine jus and gremolata.
