Experience Canberra’s burgeoning truffle industry with a journey through the Majura Valley to enjoy the best of local produce. Start at French Black Truffles of Canberra with Sherry for a truffle hunt – finding the famed Black Truffles with the help of Snuffles the truffle-hunting dog. Following the forage, travel next door to Mount Majura Vineyard to enjoy truffle-infused brie matched with outstanding local wines.
Next you’re off down Majura Road to Pod Food in Pialligo, and on the way you will pass Majura Valley eggs (which will feature in your lunch menu). Your reward for this journey is a two course meal featuring Sherry’s famed French Black Truffles and a glass of Mount Majura Vineyard wine.
