It’s been an amazing first month for CBR Fit. We’ve loved the way Canberrans are proud to show us how they run, jump and sweat with the #CBRFit hashtag. As a hub for our city’s social fitness movement, we’ve been inspired by the energy that you have put into over the weeks.
The good news is that we‘ve only just begun!
We’re about to launch a new part of www.cbrfit.com.au that will feature stories, ideas, tips and tricks across all aspects of health, fitness and diet.
Over the next 12 weeks, you’ll be able to follow the journeys of people from all over Canberra as they work with their trainers to change their lives. You’ll learn of their challenges and how they overcame them. You’ll watch as they grow more confident and self-assured and gain valuable knowledge around health and fitness.
CBR Fit trainers will share important knowledge with you: how to target certain body areas through your training; how to properly stretch to ensure you prevent injury and soreness.
Finally, there will be plenty of advice on diet and nutrition, to ensure you put the best into your body in order to get the most out of it! Keeping an eye on diet is a key part of fitness, and you’ll be able to find plenty of delicious recipes, planners and advice to keep you on the right path!
The next part of CBR Fit is the most exciting so far – we can’t wait to share it all with you!
