Betti Bravo’s is the collaboration of some of Canberra’s leading chefs, bartenders and waiters who’ve come together with their exceptional range of skills and ideas to bring you a refreshing new place to hangout.
Chic with a splash of tropical cool, Betti Bravo’s will deliver a menu of rich Spanish flavours infused with Caribbean flair, ideal for sharing and celebrating.
So, who is Betti Bravo?
A dazzling Caribbean beauty, Betti was the little-known third wife to Spanish rebel, Juan Bravo. An entertainer at heart, she caught the eye of her outlaw lover with her tantalising cuisine…
From that moment, her exotic Caribbean and Spanish heritage garnered Betti a reputation as a spicy young lady who loved a good time. It looks like this tradition will continue at Kingston Foreshore with a new bar that combines exciting flavours and wild passion.
Needless to say, we were swept off our feet by her style and energy, and we’re pretty sure you’re going to love her as well.
