The Southside’s answer to Braddon keeps getting busier and busier. Now, down the opposite end from Walt & Burley and overlooking the harbor is The Dock. With big orange Veuve Clicquot umbrellas, you can’t miss it, and we think this is going to be another massive hit throughout summer.
3. SAFIA at Academy Nightclub

It’s been a massive year for the local lads, and 2015 looks like it’s going to be MASSIVE.
Head down to A-Kadz for their last Canberra gig this year. It’s the perfect launchpad for a crazy December weekend with fine tunes and Ben’s beautiful vocals. Love it.
4. Night Market Canberra at The Realm, Barton

5. Trim your beard at JB – The Gentleman’s Barber.

Responding to the great urban swell of luxuriant beards, a new barber has opened in the soaring Summit building on Belconnen Way. With bare concrete walls, a beautiful wooden floor and old-school barber’s chairs, this is a gorgeous man-cave where scruffiness is banished with a quick wave of the blade.
