4. The Dream at Canberra Theatre
Friday and Saturday Night. Sunday Matinee.
Bell Shakespeare has been turning The Bard on his head for well over a decade now. You can expect no different from their interpretation of A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
As one of Shakespeare’s more whimsical plays, Peter Evan’s production promises to be a pared back, fast and furious reworking of the famous love story.
5. Robin Williams Tribute Coombs Lecture Theatre, ANU
Sunday Night from 6.00pm
‘GOOOOOOOOOD MORNING VIETNAM!” will be the chorus as the ANU Film Club screens this iconic Robin Williams movie alongside his other classic, Dead Poets Society. Get along and join the club to remind yourself of the extraordinary talent of the now-lost comedian.
