Well, it’s finally done and dusted for another year. The people of Canberra have spoken, and the winners of this year’s People’s Choice Awards have been announced! Last night (Thursday) we had the great honour of taking the stage at the Canberra Region Tourism Awards at the National Convention Centre to make the presentations.
This year we were thrilled to see a great mix of businesses getting involved, and we are chuffed with the result of our brand NEW Signature Series which we introduced to the awards this year.

We would also like to congratulate all the winners of the Canberra Region Tourism Awards held last night. A special mention goes to the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) who won the Qantas Award for Excellence in Sustainable Tourism Award. The award recognised the innovative approaches of the National Convention Centre (NCC) and Crowne Plaza Canberra (CPC). Both properties are part of IHG, which has been operating in the Canberra market for 26 years.
We can’t wait for 2016! Who knows what we’ll love next year?!?!
