SYTYCD has been the talk of the town. Coming into the last week of the show and with the announcement of the SYTYCD Australia Live Tour coming to Canberra, I’m very excited that I get the chance to chat to former-Canberran and Top 10 contestant, Timomatic.

The Kells brothers charged into the Canberra dining industry with the launch of the ever successful Flint Dining Room, and now they’re spicing up the experience with their famous wine dinners.

Next Wednesday, 22 April will see the second Chalkers Wine Dinner at Flint, with the focus on recreating a selection of classic dishes by famous chefs.

“We have my version of Tetsuyas confit of ocean trout, we have the Classic pork belly with scallops from Peter Gilmore at Quay and Gordon Ramsey’s Duo of lamb,” Grant Kells said.
