Palace Electric Cinema will open early 2013!

Originally due to open in NewActon on Boxing Day this year, the team at Palace Electric see the irony in a lack of permanent electricity connection causing this short delay!

Located on the ground floor of the Nishi building in New Acton, Palace Electric promises discerning film-goers a state-of-the-art, sophisticated cinema experience like no other in Canberra.

Bodega de Pintxos is Canberra’s newest Spanish pintxo (a snack typically eaten at a bar usually with a toothpick through it) restaurant with a modern twist, located on Kennedy street in Kingston and has opened today!

The restaurant itself is rustic and charming and makes you feel like you are sitting at a bar somewhere in Northern Spain, especially with the Spanish staff buzzing around you.

Johnny Cash: The Concert is heading to Canberra on Friday December 14th at The Playhouse and we have a double pass to give away to one lucky winner!

Starring Daniel Thompson, the concert is a celebration of Cash’s 80th birthday and features hits from the ‘Man in Black’.

Also featuring legendary Australian Country guitarist Stuie French, international renowned singer/songwriter Alanna Cherote and introducing The Tennesse Studs, this is not an event to be missed.
