Next Generation Hunter Valley Caravan of Courage

The Next Generation Hunter Valley are kicking off their third Caravan of Courage on Friday 3rd May and will be arriving into Canberra at Two Before Ten on Thursday 16th May.

They will show Canberra how the Hunter rolls with a night full of wine and wacky adventures.

Tickets are $35 per person and include more than 24 Hunter wines for you to try, plus the chance to meet the boys behind the brands and find out what really makes them tick.

For Perth border hopper Bob Evans, playing a string of shows in quick succession is second nature. The Jebadiah front man isn’t quite a house hold name, but with most of his tours being country wide this definitely isn’t his first time around the Canberra circuit.

What set this gig apart was the low key vibe with which Evans took to the stage- summed up by the title of the tour and recent album Familiar Strangers. Dropping the usual four man band for a pair of guitars and a solitary mic stand, the air called for an intimate atmosphere, and Zierholz provided.

How Fashfest succeeded

How exactly, do you successfully put on a fashion extravaganza that will leave its mark on the fashion scene in Canberra?

Fashfest 2013 has done just that. Held from 1st-4th May at Brindabella Business Park, adjacent to Canberra International Airport, to sell-out crowds (2,340 in total) and, a week after, there is still a buzz in the air.

This event was created by co-founders, Clinton and Andrea Hutchinson, to first and foremost showcase the talents of Canberrans.
