So many nutrition sites and diet gurus talking about foods that all of us must avoid before we turn into living, breathing muffin tops and beer guts. 20 Tips To Get You Through Splendour in the Grass

1. Pack gumboots. Splendour is known to turn into a mud pit by day three, be prepared

2. Don’t wear white. The above mentioned mud pit means it can be hard to stay clean. Wear dark colours so your mates can’t tell how filthy you are.
